> Employee Climate &/or Satisfaction Employee Surveys (referenced by
many names – Climate, Voice, Satisfaction) are designed to measure employees’
perceptions of an organization and its attributes. The surveys provide real,
actionable feedback by confidentially addressing attitudes and concerns.
Feedback tells us that these surveys help the organization instill positive
change and increase satisfaction, which in turn, generally increases retention.
In most cases, a tremendous benefit is achieved by utilizing an independent firm
to conduct such research, as internal surveys may introduce employee reluctance,
or even fear, to reveal true opinions. Generally, employee studies can be
conducted very affordably, since the company has either direct telephone numbers
or email address available for immediate interaction.
In one example, Resolution Research® designed an employee
satisfaction evaluation program and executed its implementation system.
Telephone and recruit-to-web methodologies were used to provide the benchmark
measurements of performance for the organizations’ agents and managers.
Resolution Research tailored sampling strategies to insure statistical integrity
across all departments, including 100% census samples for some populations. Our
client utilized this evaluation system to actively advance performance and meet
