> Recruit-to-Web Surveys
Resolution Research's® recruit-to-web service begins with the
personal touch of live interviewers screening potential respondents. Once on the
phone with the correct respondent, our interviewer asks a series of screening
questions to verify whether the respondent is qualified for participation. Once
confirmed as survey eligible, the interviewer describes the purpose of the
survey and reveals the incentive for involvement. When the respondent agrees to
participate, an email is sent providing a password-protected link to the web
survey. Such email also includes a Resolution Research manager contact, an 800
help number, and email address for communication as needed. (Survey assistance
is generally available Sunday to Friday from 8am to 8pm Mountain time or longer
if necessary for the campaign.) In addition, follow up is carried out with
respondents as needed until the online survey has been completed. Recruit-to-web
can also be used for online bulletin boards.
Resolution has conducted numerous recruit-to-web studies in the IT and business
sectors and has found this to be a very efficient way to collect strong,
reliable, and oftentimes lengthy or significant amounts of data.
This same methodology has been used to measure respondent opinions of all genres
of advertisements. By way of example, Resolution has invited qualified
respondents to go online during the telephone interview in order to view
selected items while Resolution continues to ask questions and record responses.
This method has worked exceptionally well while viewing &/or listening to 30
second ads or items/products.
